Monster Mini Golf
Monster Mini Golf is a glow-in-the-dark mini golf course in Las Vegas with beaming black lights for the most stimulating and immersive experience. While golfing, humans interact with our creatively fun and animated monsters at every twist and turn! They move, talk, wiggle, and roar!
The poster design utilized six methodologies, including expository, biomorphic, representational, sympathetic, ambiguous, and antithetical approaches. In each methodology, the posters were then combine into hybrid compositions. This creative process led to a series of experimentation. Each poster was unique, and the final version represents a synthesis of all six methodologies.

Druk Type Specimen and Operation of Impending Doom
This type specimen highlights the Druk family, while pairing it with the Nickelodeon’s cult classic, Invader Zim.
Druk was designed by Berton Hasebe and published through Commercial Type in 2014. Hasebe created Druk for Richard Turley in 2013 to adapt to the new style for the Etc. section in Bloomberg Businessweek. Druk is categorized as a display sans serif for its expressive and unconventional widths. The typeface has the narrowest, heaviest, and widest letterforms compared to other typefaces in their foundry. It was intentionally designed without a normal width and with medium as the lightest weight. This typeface gave designers the freedom to mix the different fonts together to be expressively loud, especially with the italics because the letterforms are sloped to the same angle.

SMS stands for Short Message Service and is used to send text messages to others. There is a limit of 160 characters, which led to many unique text abbreviations, especially on flip phones. The animation adapted techniques, logic, and tone from the poster.

Are you willing to eat the cost?
WildPlanet produces healthy and sustainable canned seafood products ranging from Tuna to Salmon and more. Many fishing companies in the industry do harmful practices, such as longline fishing, overfishing, and ghost fishing. My campaign ads called “Are you willing to eat the cost?” make consumers question their choice of buying seafood from major companies instead of companies that practice sustainable harvesting. The visuals of the ad show what the actual cost is for the consumer to be eating that can of tuna.
